After careful consideration, HCI has made the decision to postpone the upcoming XSCAPE 08 Client Conference scheduled for May 14 - 16, 2008 in Park City, UT.  This decision was due in large part to customer requests for a web-based/cost-conscious alternative to education and training and HCI's impending move to a larger facility in June.   

In order to simplify the impact of this decision for our attendees, HCI has already contacted the conference hotel (The Chateaux) and cancelled all conference attendee room reservations.  HCI will refund any paid conference registration fees and/or sponsorships over the coming weeks.  If you have questions relating to potential/pending refunds, email David Neff, Accounting Manager, at dneff@hcinsight.com.     

In lieu of the postponed conference, HCI has proactively developed two unique client-centric programs designed to meet the training and educational needs of our growing client base.  First, HCI will be hosting the XSCAPE 08 Client Webinar Series, which will include several presentations, which were scheduled for the client conference.  As a token of appreciation for your valued business, HCI will be waiving all registrations for these Webinars in 2008.  A list of available Webinars, dates, times and registration instructions will be distributed in the coming weeks. To obtain more information on the Client Webinar Series, email Tanya Olafsson, Marketing Coordinator, at
